Our organic Psyllium husks are harvested from the plantago family of plants otherwise known as fleaworts. This family of plants comprises of over 200 species found across parts of Europe and India amongst others.
Psyllium is actually an herb that grows to a height of around 18 inches. It has long, thin leaves and plentiful small, white or yellow flowers. Psyllium whole husks are the outer shell or covering of the seeds that grow inside the plant.

How to take Psyllium Whole Husks

The best way to take psyllium whole husks is with a large glass of water. You should also ensure that you take plenty of fluids throughout the day when taking this supplement.
